Hours & expectations
Correspondence hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern. Most emails receive a reply within five working days; postal letters within three weeks. During the weeks around a book launch or the winter reading series, replies slow — the office is small and the tea is strong, but the pile is real.
Manuscripts and pitches are not accepted. Book-club discussion questions are sent free on request.
